Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • 🚛 Within the UAE:
    • A fixed shipping fee of 30 AED applies to all areas.
    • No fees for order cancellation upon delivery refusal.
  • 🌍 Shipping to GCC Countries:
    • Shipping fees depend on the order weight and delivery address. The estimated cost will be displayed at checkout.
    • You can check the estimated shipping cost in the cart before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Times:

  • 🇦🇪 Within the UAE: Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.
  • 🌍 GCC Countries: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
    ⚠ Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier service issues.

 4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status until it arrives.

 5. International Shipping:
 Currently, we only offer shipping to GCC countries. If you wish to ship to other countries, please contact us to explore possible options.
⚠ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for GCC shipments. Orders will be shipped only after payment is completed.

6. Return & Exchange Policy:
