Available Payment Methods: You can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Modification or Rejection: We reserve the right to reject or modify any order at our discretion, especially in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
-Shipping Within UAE: Delivery is made within 1-3 business days. - Shipping to GCC Countries: Delivery is made within 4-8 business days. - Shipping Fees:
- Within UAE: AED 30.
- To GCC Countries: Based on weight and location. Order Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period: You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Coffee beans or discounted products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process:
- If paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
- If paid via COD, our team will contact you to complete the refund process.
- Refund processing takes 7 to 45 business days, depending on bank or shipping procedures.
6. Accuracy of Information and Pricing
Some information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to amend or update any information without prior notice, including prices and promotional offers.
We are not obligated to update any information unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
