Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund

 

Refund requirements

:The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund

 

Product is not as described

Product must be unopened

Product must be in original packaging

Product must be unused

Product must not be damaged

 

 

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue  a refund

In the event that the product to be replaced is not available on the site, the customer will be contacted to take his permission in case he wants another product

If the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and the defect is found, the Volt bears the cost of shipping and repairing the product, and it is replaced in the event that it cannot be repaired or in the event of a manufacturing defect

And it is agreed with the customer on the method of delivery of the product to the shipping companies with the customer service team

 

 

In the event that the returned / exchanged product is examined and conforms to the conditions, it shall be returned or replaced and the customer shall bear the shipping fees

 

 

In the event that the product is examined under the warranty and it is found that the product has no defect and does not operate according to the operating instructions, the customer shall bear the shipping fees

 

 

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned

 

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization

 

Returns can be mailed to: Give it for the Cargo . You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs

 

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund

 

 

 

 

 

Money Refund

In the event that the payment was made by the card, the amount will be refunded via the card. In the event that payment is made upon receipt, the customer will be contacted by the customer service to request a bank account to recover the amount, and the period of return and exchange ranges from 7 days to 45 working days.
