Refund Policy

 

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, which is why we offer a clear and hassle-free return & exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 1. Return & Exchange Period

You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

🛑Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products:
Coffee beans & tea
Products sold during promotional or discount periods
Unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection.

 2. Return & Exchange Conditions

 The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
 If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping and exchange costs.
 If the return is not related to a defect, the customer will bear the shipping fees.

📦 If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we will contact the customer to select an alternative product or process a refund.

 3. Return & Exchange Process

1- Contact customer service via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
2- Provide your order number and product images to initiate the return or exchange request.
3- The return shipping method will be arranged with our customer service team.
4- After inspection, we will confirm the replacement or refund within the specified timeframe.

 

4. Warranty & Repairs

🔧 If the product is under warranty and a defect is confirmed:
Volt will cover the shipping and repair costs or provide a replacement if the product cannot be repaired.\The customer will be informed of the shipping method for the product to the service center.

If the defect is due to misuse or failure to follow operating instructions:
❌ The customer will bear the repair and shipping costs.

 5. Refund Policy

💳 For card payments: The amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase.
💰 For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: The customer will be contacted to provide bank account details for the refund.
📅 Processing time for returns & refunds: 7 to 45 business days, depending on banking and shipping procedures.
